2010 registration start dates for residents of the Madison Metropolitan School District and non-residents are listed below:

• Fall 2010:  MSCR Fall 2010 Program Guides will be distributed beginning August 8 to Sunday subscribers of the Wisconsin State Journal or viewable on this website. The guide will be mailed to all other MMSD residents August 9-14. Fall registration begins on August 16 for residents and August 30 for non-residents.
  Non- residents may begin registering 2 weeks after the first Resident date. First come, first served. See instructions below.
• Summer Registration continues on for any Summer 2010 programs that have not occured.
• Winter 2011: MSCR Winter 2011 Program Guides will be distributed beginning November 7 to Sunday subscribers of the Wisconsin State Journal or viewable on this website. The guide will be mailed to all other MMSD residents November 8-13. Winter registration begins on November 15 for residents and November 29 for non-residents.

REGISTRATION FORMS:

• Complete an MSCR registration form. All members of a household may register for multiple classes on one form. All fees include appropriate sales tax. Click here to download latest version of free Adobe® Acrobat Reader.
• Include first and second choice where applicable. If your first choice is full, we will try your second choice. If both choices are full, your fee will be returned and you will be wait listed. If you have multiple classes on the form and we can't process all of them, we will issue a refund, which takes about 4 weeks.
• Make check or money order payable to MSCR. Visa and MasterCard also accepted.
• If you are mailing your registration, enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope for your registration confirmation.

Please allow at least 2 full weeks to receive your confirmation.
Please Note! EZ-REG registrations DO NOT receive a mailed confirmation. You should copy your confirmation off when you register.
